Shipping Information

Many items in our web site are listed as Free shipping. Free shipping is by UPS ground for US customers only. Large items like Pond liners, Pond kits and Pond Skimmers and Filters cannot be sent by ground service to AK, HI, PR or VI and will require additional fees. This extra amount in shipping will be sent to you for your approval prior to your credit card being charged. Canadian customers may purchase items with Free shipping and will be sent a shipping quote on the difference in price between what it cost to ship in the US and what the actual costs are to ship to Canada.

We ship most products by UPS service to the physical address of your choice. Items under one pound will usually ship by USPS. If you require shipment to a Post Office box (POB) on an item over one pound, we can make arrangements to ship by US Postal Service at an additional charge. We will contact you with any additional shipping amount before charging your Credit Card.
